Returns: 14 days from the day of delivery of products.


Returns within Finland:

Refund payments will be made within 30 days of recipt of returned product/s.


Right to Cancel:

You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 14 days from the day after the date of delivery of the products. Date of delivery is defined within these Terms & Conditions as three working days after date of dispatch. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until they are received by us. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the delivery charge. Under the Regulations the Customer is responsible for all carriage return costs.


Any items that you return to Omoi Oy are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to:
• Pack your items securely
• Enclose the order confirmation
• Use a registered or trackable postal service - we are not liable for returned goods which are not received.


All items must be returned in original packaging with all seals intact and in re-saleable condition.
Omoi Oy reserve the right of deduction under the Regulations for any diminution of value as a result of Customer handling, use, health protection or hygiene.
Refunds will be issued via the payment method that was used or we will send an email to instruct otherwise.


Faulty products:

If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please fill in the returns RMA form (click here). We will then advise on how to proceed. You have up to 30 days from the Date of Delivery to return the faulty product/s to us. Date of delivery is defined within these Terms & Conditions as three working days after date of dispatch. All online Customers are emailed with date of dispatch information.


Incorrect items:

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.  Please fill in the returns form (click here). We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 14 days from receipt of the incorrect item to return it to us. Date of delivery is defined within these Terms & Conditions as three working days after date of dispatch. All online Customers are emailed with date of dispatch information.

If you return the item without filling in the Returns form and providing a Returns ID, this will delay your refund or exchange. We will contact you by email on what to do next. If you do not hear from us within 3 working days, please send us an email.

Omoi Oy shall only be liable to refund (where applicable) up to the amount paid (if any) by the Customer for the goods returned along with outbound postage (if any). Omoi Oy are not liable for any other losses or compensation. Please note that requests for reimbursement or replacement for packaging will not be accepted. Replacement goods may be re-shipped in original packaging.
