Confirming the order requires customer registration. For registration, the customer has to provide his or her name, address, email, and phone number Omoi Oy’s customer register is confidential and Omoi Oy does not share customer information with any third parties. From time to time we may send out email messages alerting you that products are available, to remind you about providing feedback or for promotional offers. In addition, you will receive communication from us 1) if you contact us for a particular reason, 2) to receive your orders, or 3) we need to contact you for administrative purposes such as winning a contest. Administrative e-mails will not contain promotional materials. If you choose to receive our News Letters, they will contain promotional materials from omoi.fi. By registering customer grants to Omoi Oy a right to use his or her information for direct marketing by other means than email (e.g. regular mail). If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Omoi.fi does not store this information and uses it for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. Omoi Oy is not responsible for customer information leaks to third parties that happened as a result of a security breach that Omoi Oy could not prevent. The customer is responsible for taking care of his or her own user id and password and should change the password if there’s a suspicion that it might have been acquired by a third party. Customer bank and credit card information are not stored. Payments are always processed by the payment service using SSL protected connection.  

When making a payment, the personal data to execute the payments are collected by companies who process the payments. 

For us to ship your order, your personal details are processed through the postal and courier companies shipping software. Your name, address, email and phone number are used to allow us to deliver your order. These details are shown on the postal labels.
