These are the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products that are listed on our website Omoi.fi to you the customer. Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order from our website. When you order from our website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Omoi.fi offers products on anime/manga and other popular culture, primarily for collectors and fans of 14+ years.

All figures and accessories carry a CHOKING HAZARD, therefore they are not suitable to be in reach of young children under the age of 3 years. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to enforce these restriction, as Omoi Oy accepts no responsibility for the inappropriate misuse of its products.              

Customers can register on Omoi Oy website by filling the registration form and selecting username and password. Registration is free of charge. By becoming a member, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site. Please note that your membership can be canceled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by Omoi OY in its sole discretion. If membership has been revoked, Omoi Oy reserves the right to refuse application or readmission to the membership program. It is up to the customer to check that all information is correct.              

Personal information provided by the Customer are collected and stored to the websites customer register. Compulsory information is the first name, surname, street address, phone number, Post Code, city, user id and password. Omoi Oy DOES NOT share personal information with third parties. Omoi Oy reserves the right to give information about the Customer to authorities if the Customer has acted against the law and good manners. Omoi Oy reserves the right to reject the order. Customer register information can be used for direct marketing via email only if customer has given his or her consent. Customer has the right to check personal information stored about him/her and change it or remove it from the register completely.   

          

Customer is responsible for the Service use with his/her user id and the password. Customer’s right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents are not transferable and may only be used by you. Customer agrees to use the Service only according to the law and good manners. 

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer (Maksekeskus AS) or using Paypal payment method. All prices shown are in euros. 

Payment takes place in a secure environment. After payment, click ‘Return to Merchant’.  After placing the order and making the payment, a confirmation via email will be sent. On delivery, an invoice is added to the parcel. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store. If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and  the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly,  but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.      When an order is placed, the customer will receive an email to acknowledge that the order is processing. The order acknowledgment is not a guarantee to supply, not a contract, and it is not an invoice. It is up to the customer to check their acknowledgment that all information is correct. You must be 18 years or over to make purchases on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason at our discretion. No Sales Contract is formed until the payment is received.

Parcels not collected from the Post Office or failed to be delivered due to not arranging redelivery if missed is not considered a return. Postage costs will not be refunded.    

When ordering, your card details are secure. Omoi Oy does not keep any card information. Customers should note that when paying, the money will be debited from their account for the full amount of the order, at the time of your order is placed, irrespective of when the goods may be ready to ship. The order will be updated to processing.     

Omoi Oy offers two secure ways to make an payment. 

Paypal:   

PayPal advertises itself as the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to securely pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information. When paying by PayPal the money will be debited from your account by Paypal. We recommend international customers to use Paypal.  

Maksekeskus AS (Finland Only):   

A secure payment gateway for Finnish bank payments. Read more at https://makecommerce.net             

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside Finland, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.              

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, button icons, images and the logo, are the property of Omoi Oy. Other logos and characters are copyright to their respective owners. Content on website All copyright is owned by their original owners and we hold no responsibility for their effects.              

These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are, therefore, advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms and conditions as revisions are binding upon you.              

Your use of this Site and any purchase by you on this Site of any products will be governed by Finnish Law and will be deemed to have occurred in Finland. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kouvola Municipal Court. Limitation of Liability: Omoi Oy, It’s staff, Directors, Suppliers shall not be liable for any special or other consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Omoi Oy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Omoi Oy, It’s staff, Directors or Suppliers be liable in the aggregate for any damages incurred by you. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.             

Certain products available require some sort of self-assembly or application procedures and Omoi Oy has no liability for products that are damaged due to incorrect assembly or application.              

Prices are only shown in Euros and we only accept payments in Euros, therefore please check the exchange rate of your currency to get an estimate before making an order.   

Please remember - we aim to provide you with colour photographs that are as accurate as possible, but there may be slight variations, due to the browser and monitor set up on your computer. Although we will always try to avoid – there may be a time when an error or inaccuracies will occur. This could include, price, colour or text. If we make such an error you will be notified of the correct details and asked if you wish to continue with your purchase or cancel your order.              

You can pre-order products from our website. There are 2 kinds of pre-orders: 

3 - 6 weeks dispatch and 

preorder with an estimated time of arrival. 

We will keep you updated on the progress of your order. If there is a delay we will contact you by email. Make sure your email address is correct. Some pre-orders may take a few months to arrive. If you need to change your delivery address after the pre-order is made, please email us with your order number. Any cancellations of pre-orders will result in a 5% fee deducted from your refund. You will also lose the right to pre-order from our site, missing out on pre-order discounts.
